Standard Washer & Mat, Inc. specializes in custom fabrication of non-metallic materials into gaskets, washers and intricate shapes. We stamp rubber, plastics, sponge, foam and many other specialty materials. We routinely apply pressure sensitive adhesive. We offer in-house slitting as well as laminating. Our employees can assemble our products to your components.

Our in-house tooling capabilities and large ID/OD die inventory allow us to produce many parts without tooling charges or lengthy lead times. We can accommodate all sizes, from miniature parts to large gaskets and we routinely provide both prototype runs and runs into the millions.

Our machinery reflects our diverse capabilities. Recently we acquired two new computer-programmable presses. One is a 35 ton traveling head press and the other is a 20 ton press with kiss-cutting and rewinding capabilities. In addition to these newer machines we have hand-operated presses, automatically fed high speed presses, and "clicker" presses. We also maintain a laminating machine and slitters.
